By using this website or engaging my services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who provides the service

The services are provided by Hafeez ur Rehman, House 63, Street No. 5, Park View Town, Chatha Bakhtawar, Islamabad, Pakistan.

2. Services

I design and set up AI and automation systems for real estate agencies, such as automatic lead replies, enquiry routing, visit reminders and follow-up. The exact scope, timeline and price of any project are agreed with you in writing (email or message) before work starts.

3. Demo and website content

The demo and its dashboard use sample data and are for demonstration only. Descriptions on this site are general and do not guarantee any particular sales result.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information and the access needed to set up the system.
• Make sure you have the right to contact and process data about your own leads and customers, and follow the laws and messaging-platform rules that apply to you.
• Do not use the services for spam, fraud or anything unlawful.

5. Payment

Fees are quoted before work begins. Payment terms are agreed in writing for each project.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to me. Your own data and business content remain yours.

7. Third-party services

The systems I build may depend on third-party platforms (for example messaging, hosting and AI providers). I am not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost leads or profit, arising from use of the site or services. Services are provided on an "as is" basis unless a written agreement says otherwise.

9. Changes and termination

I may update these terms and will change the date above when I do. Either of us may end an engagement by written notice; work already delivered remains payable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
